Rory is a Partner at Grant Thornton Australia, responsible for leading their Business Transformation Practice.

He specialises in supporting business leaders of large organisations who are looking to improve the way they do business, extract greater value from existing budgets and resources, and overcome productivity challenges.

Rory has successfully completed engagements across a broad range of major Australian corporate and government clients, helping their leadership to both identify and overcome roadblocks to success.

Before joining Grant Thornton, Rory worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Commonwealth Bank Australia, National Australia Bank, KPMG, and King & Wood Mallesons. He has a proven track record in Strategic Planning, Organisational Transformation, Performance Improvement, Change Management, and Human Capital Management.

Rory regularly contributes to a range of publications and thought leadership including, CIO, CFO World, Leading Company and ARN Net and Grant Thornton Australia. He regularly speaks on a range of leadership and transformation topics at business leadership and industry specific seminars throughout Australia.
