Itinerary description
Circular walk through the quiet and fantastic nature reserve of de Kampina, giving you an away-from-the-madding-crowds feeling. Vast area with lots of opportunities for walks / trails of any length on foot.
This walk was meant to include as many lakes / fens / pools as possible within the range of the walk we had in mind.
Kampina is owned by Natuurmomumenten for the largest part and covers over 1200 hectares of beautiful natural area.
A variety of landscapes makes it so special: woodlands, moorland, heath, fens, fields of heather, cattle, splendid views wherever you are in the open areas, it's all there in this natural landscape of De Kampina.
Highly recommended.
