Itinerary description
Wonderful landscape on this hike to the lodges Wiesberghaus and Gjaidalm. The descent via Krippenbrunn, is mostly using the the ski slope. This is a bit annoying. Maybe it would have been a better idea to take the telecabin down ;-) I have to admit that I was hiking fast and partly running. Otherwise I couldn't have done the 28 km in under 7 hours. Therefore calculate around 9-10 hours for the whole round if you are walking normal speed.

Hi Raul, I would not recommended because there are quit some passages where you would have to carry your bike.
