Itinerary description
Very flat. The lake is pretty much a rectangle. South, West and East sides are through walking paths. They may zig zag a little but are easy to follow.
On the north I followed a road. It does not have much traffic but it has no hard shoulder and you may face oncoming traffic with some limited visibility.
Very relaxed run in 2h09 but with pouring rain.
